ESTIMATOR

Local General Contracting Company is seeking a qualified Estimator to join our reputable, fast paced team. Applications will be accepted until Thursday March 22nd, 2018.  

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Estimator position is responsible for the direct relations and communication for new clients and lead generation within Precision Contracting through its Window & Door Division.

The Estimator will complete all activities pertaining to all window & door accounts including (but not limited to) Home Depot Installation Services Window & Door Program.  This position will be responsible for all communications, understanding contract terms & conditions, estimates & proposals, product knowledge, vendor relations, after sales communication, and the overall customer experience.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Understanding of Government Grants (Green ON)

  • Vendor relations

  • Report to Director/Owner of Precision Contracting with weekly sales and operations reports

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience (window & door knowledge an asset)

JUNIOR INSTALLER

Local General Contracting Company is seeking a qualified Junior Installer to join our reputable, fast paced team. Applications will be accepted until Thursday March 22nd, 2018. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Junior Installer will provide a vital role within the Precision Contracting organization.  This position is responsible for onsite production of various projects completed by Precision Contracting.   The Junior Installer will report and assist Project Managers for the overall success and satisfaction of the installation of all products supplied by Precision Contracting.

EXPECTATIONS   
These duties include (but not limited to);

  • The responsibility to show up on time & be prepared daily

  • To comply with company policy & procedures including health & safety requirements

  • To complete required training & yearly re-certifications

  • To maintain a valid Ontario Driver’s license

  • Complete a yearly background check

  • Work individually or within a team environment

  • Be available to work between Monday – Friday (ranging from 7 am – 6 pm)

  • Assist in the preparation of all project materials

  • Assist in the daily vehicle safety checks

  • Assist in the preparation of loading products & materials to ensure secure loads

  • Provide ongoing communication with senior installers & project managers

  • Take daily instructions from senior installer, project manager, &  project coordinator

  • Complete daily tasks of the project in a safe and timely manner

  • Complete the project according to the direction of the project manager & work order specifications

  • Assist in completing work orders and daily hour logs

  • Use tools & equipment in a safe manner

  • Support project managers, co-workers, & work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 years construction and building knowledge

  • Familiar with industry tools & equipment

  • Provide personal transportation to workplace

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Local General Contracting Company is seeking a qualified Office Administrator to join our reputable, fast paced team. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office Administrator will provide a vital role within the Precision Contracting office.  This position is responsible for the organization of all internal office components including (but not limited to) the communication with clients and vendors, organization of office duties and stationary, product purchases and receiving, daily inventory, as well as client follow ups and indirect sales opportunities.

The Office Administrator will complete activities pertaining to all office duties as outlined by the Director and CFO.  This position will be responsible for interactions between Precision clients and office staff, manufacturers and subcontractors, as well as all software applications used by Precision Contracting.

EXPECTATIONS    

  • Communication through phone, messaging, email

  • Assign and delegate lead opportunities

  • Schedule appointments

  • Track and monitor project activities

  • Process service and warranty requests

  • Vendor relations

  • Support Director, CFO, Project Coordinator

  • Ensure clients  needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner

  • Complete product orders

  • Accept product deliveries

  • Review clients products and project preparation

  • Complete weekly inventory requirements

  • Act as main point of contact for clients within the office

  • Complete follow up communication with current and potential clients

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with changing timelines

CORPORATE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Local General Contracting Company is seeking a qualified Corporate Sales Account Manager to join our reputable, fast paced team. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Corporate Sales Account Manager is an essential member of our Precision Team.  This position is responsible for the administration of all corporate accounts specifically concentrating (but not limited to)  Window and Door sales, scheduling of installation & service, financial reports, customer relations, and direct reporting to the Director/Owner of Precision Contracting.

The Corporate Sales Account Manager will complete all activities pertaining to all major corporate accounts including (but not limited to) Home Depot Installation Services Window & Door Program.  This position will be responsible for all communications, understanding contract terms & conditions, estimates & proposals, product ordering and job costing, sub contractors, vendor & corporate relations, after sales scheduling & services, and the overall customer experience.

EXPECTATIONS
